Chai-Ing Too Hard
Ingredients
2oz Stateside Vodka
1oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1oz Chai Simple Syrup
Instructions
Place all ingredients in shaker, vigorously dry shake for froth. Add ice and shake again. Strain and serve up in a coupe with a pinch of cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Chai simple syrup: Use 4 tea bags per 8 oz water. Steep for 4 minutes, covered. Squeeze tea bags to express and remove. Add equal parts sugar and stir until combined.
