Ingredients
1.5oz Fig Infused Stateside
1 bar spoon Fig Puree
1/2oz Lemon juice
1/2oz Simple
Egg White
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a shaker and shake dry. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a Coupe or Martini Glass. Garnish with Lemon Peel and Sage Leaf.
